Dear Readers -
The "Prosperity" and "Creative Marketing" teleclasses last month were a huge hit! The classes were successfully recorded and are now available on CD. Also, I've had thousands of e-mail requests for the "Prosperity Prayer." It's quite exciting to see it beginning to circle the globe with interest coming from Asia, Africa and throughout Europe. I attended a wonderful Women, Business and Spirituality Conference in New York City last month. Intuition was the word on everyone's lips. Each speaker mentioned the need to listen to our inner guidance in order to make wise decisions for our world and ourselves.
I'm looking over my notes from the event. These were some of the highlights for me:
Patricia Aburdene who wrote "Megatrends" was one of the speakers. She spoke about the chaos many of us experience when we're in the midst of change in our lives. She said, "Tolerance of ambiguity equals faith. We go through a hiatus of unknowing. The past is over, the future not yet begun. Accepting chaos is the beginning of growth." She said to ask yourself the question, "What gift does this chaos hold for me?"
Joan Chittister got a laugh from the audience when she said, "We work so we can do something other than work as soon as possible!" She reminded us that that "your work is a personal gift to the world."
Agapi Stassinopoulos, author of "Conversations With Goddesses," proclaimed something that I certainly needed to hear: "Goddesses DO NOT RUSH!" ;-)
Best-selling author Iyanla Vanzant totally wowed the audience with her closing keynote. If you ever get a chance to hear her speak, go! She had the audience completely inspired. She spoke about the need for courage and risk taking, acknowledging that at times this created discomfort, uncertainty and pain. "However," she said, "If you don't have a test, you won't have a testimony."

4. CREATING A LIFE YOU LOVE WITH INTUITION AND PASSION!
~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*
There is a Divine Intelligence that wants you to succeed. It wants you to be happy about your life and living. It wants you to do the thing or things you're passionate about. That's part of your mission here on Earth. It doesn't matter what that mission is, whether it's being a good mother or father, a great dancer, a whiz at accounting, an awe-inspiring athlete or a profound philosopher. This Intelligence wants you to succeed and will do whatever it can to assist you.
Take time each day to visualize and affirm your goals and desires. In this way you add power to the vibrational energy that will attract your goal. Your feelings and emotions are an important part of this process. What does it feel like to have what you want? Use the power of your emotions as you visualize.
You will need to work diligently at keeping your focus off what you don't want and maintain focus on your goal. Learn to re-direct your thoughts. When you notice yourself dwelling on pessimistic or negative thoughts, shift your focus to what you want.
Each day take at least one step toward what you're excited about. This might mean taking a class, going to an informational interview, joining a club or association, writing an article, making a call, or sending an e-mail. Your excitement is a message from your intuition about the next step to take. Whatever it is - do it!
Your intention should be to enjoy the process. Learn to be grateful for all that you've created. As you move towards your desired outcome, you'll find new objectives emerging. That's fine and as it should be. Remember to have fun!
Following your intuition does not have to be a time consuming process. Before you get out of bed each morning take one to two minutes to answer the following questions.
- What do you want to do today that feels enjoyable and will move you toward your goal?
- What new ideas about your goal have popped into your mind since yesterday?
- What action steps are you willing to take today?
- What thoughts or ideas have come to you after practicing your affirmations and visualizations?
Many people find that they awaken with fresh thoughts and ideas. (For others it may be after a large mug of coffee!) If morning is a period of clarity for you, take advantage by paying attention to any intuition information that comes to you during that time. If you're a night person, try a meditation before going to bed at night and asking for some Divine insight.
