Good Morning!
Today is official Junk Food Day.
Although I am an advocate for healthy
living, I am also an advocate for moderation and freedom. Sometimes we get carried away with living with rules that can
become rigid and confining.
I won't tell you to
eat some junk food today, but I will request that if there is a
rule that you have been following that has you feeling a bit
restricted, give yourself permission to ease up a bit and practice
the joy of free will. You'll be glad you did.
