Staying healthy has to be a top priority for all of us who want to keep working and maintain an active lifestyle. With this in mind, we’d like to offer this special edition of Reinventing Retirement to introduce you to an online service called the LongLifeClub, which was created by Dave Bunnell to help people like you live a longer, healthier life. Before he “re-invented” himself, Dave was well known in the technology and biotechnology fields as the founder of the magazines PC, PC World and Macworld and the biotech service, BioWorld Today. The information on his new website, http://www.longlifeclub.com is refreshed almost daily and is aimed at boomers and “enlightened” seniors who are proactive about exercise, nutrition and health lifestyle habits. We think you will benefit from joining the LongLifeClub (membership is free) and to help you decide, here are some sample items from Dave’s site:

This and other questions are answered, plus tips on how to motivate yourself. Included is a list of links to other LongLifeClub articles about the value of exercise.

LongLifeClub founder Dave Bunnell lives in Berkeley, California, were organic food is so abundant you can hardly find the conventional varieties.
