I am very pleased to be in touch with everyone. A great deal has happened since my last message. Look for a newly formatted newsletter in the fall. For now the good news includes:

> A new residence and studio space in the hills near the Oakland Zoo. The natural water feature is just terrific.

> A training program for municipal attorney's, municipal contracting officials, and municipal officials in South Africa. John Bartels,
a South African municipal attorney, believes the way of forming
"agreements for results" set out in "The Book of Agreement" is required by the new South African Constitution. This will be a very exciting project related to using the law to create a different social fabric. I think it has long term implications for the US.

> An electronic training program built on a very powerful learning platform that enablies facilitated learning and learner engagement.
The reviewers say the prototype is very impressive!

> My first long-term training program designed to build the cadre of "Resolutionaries" the new elearning program will need as facilitators. Please let me know your interest so we can move forward. > "Getting to Resolution" will be translated into Russian and I have
some colleagues who want me to speak in China.

> Don't forget to save November 6 for the Berrett-Koeler "Positively M.A.D." conference in San Francisco featuring more than 40 BK authors.

> I just became part of the www.IBIGlobal.com faculty and enjoyed the gift of teaching in their "SuperTeaching" Classroom.

> I will be leading a session at the October 24-26 HR.com event.
