The course will consist of practical ways of thinking and conversational tools that prevent and resolve conflicts. You will Learn how to create strong personal and professional partnerships that will help you achieve what you want through the power of collaboration. At the end of the program you will receive a Certificate of Competence, you will be on your way to becoming a "Resolutionary" - competent to begin practicing the "Cycle of Resolution" in your personal and professional life.

The course is an interactive experiential learning program using ResolutionWorksOnline, a powerful custom designed e-learning program. The aim is building individual competence and a strong cadre of "Resolutionaries" who will prevent, resolve and teach conflict resolution skills using the conversational tools of the "Cycle of Resolution."

You will have the experience of using the models and tools with yourself, your significant relationships, your family, your organization and your community.

The program will last twelve weeks. It will begin and end with a live teleconference. It will include bi-weekly teleconferences and assignments; personal coaching; facilitated, archived electronic dialogue; and building of an on-line community. During the course of the program the material in "ResolutionWorksOnline," "Getting to Resolution," and "The Book of Agreement" will be covered. The real learning will come from the application of the tools and principles in your life as you create new agreements and resolve old conflicts.

My vision is that you will be part of the cadre building an international network of providers that will train others. The goal: moving from a competitive to a cooperative culture through educating children, NGO’s, government and corporate organizations in the principles and actions of agreement and resolution so these groups can become a network of distribution channels.

I believe conquering "inner space" is essential for the next horizon of human engagement and productivity. How we get along with others on the ever shrinking planet will determine our survival. The potential to thrive depends on the challenge of harnessing our inner space. The vision is that we become extraordinary compassionate listeners embracing the words of the poet Longfellow:

"If you knew the secret history of those you would like to punish you

would find a sorrow and suffering enough to disarm all of your hostility."
