The course will provide practical ways of thinking, and conversational tools that prevent and resolve conflicts. You will Learn how to create strong personal and professional partnerships that help you achieve what you want through sustained collaboration.
The course is an interactive experiential learning program using ResolutionWorksOnline, a powerful custom designed eLearning program. The aim is building individual competence and a strong cadre of “Resolutionaries" who will prevent, resolve and teach conflict resolution skills using the conversational tools of the "Cycle of Resolution." (Selected for “The Change Handbook, 2d Edition.”)
The program will last twelve weeks. It will begin and end with a three hour live teleconference. It will include bi-weekly teleconferences and assignments; personal coaching; facilitated, archived electronic dialogue; and building an on-line community. During the course of the program all the material in “ResolutionWorksOnline,” "Getting to Resolution," and "The Book of Agreement" will be covered. The real learning will come from the application of the tools and principles in your life as you create new agreements and resolve old conflicts.
