I can hardly wait to get it done. I am so interested to hear what you have to say about it! There's one section that is a TAT healing session that I lead you through. The ocean is on-screen with waves breaking. It's very relaxing. You can use that section for helping heal any trauma, negative thought or allergy. Since it's a DVD, you can go to just that chapter and play it whenever you want. I have been doing more one-on-one TAT sessions lately. I forgot how much I love this work. It's glorious to watch the Divine Energy do the healing and the person being liberated from years of trouble. They sit in front of you and glow. They smile and feel relaxed.
