Dear Freinds, My happy salutations to your Divine Soul! I had so much fun teaching in Maryland and Massachusetts. One of the participants was my friend and colleague, Margaret Gennaro, M.D. I think you will get a lot out of this email she sent me: Dear Tapas, It was great to see you again. I am still recovering from the healing that is taking place about forgiving myself. It is shifting!
Here is some of the info you wanted me to send to you. The way I describe how the TAT pose "works" is that it completes a powerful energetic circuit which allows one to process traumas and limiting beliefs more quickly. The 6 types of shifts: 1) Visual: a scene, colors, a movie playing out in your head. 2) Auditory: a voice, a bird; this is rare 3) Physical sensation: a sigh, a yawn, an weak area physically, i.e. TMJ all of a sudden hurting and then subsiding, a headache which then subsides, a heat sensation, an energy movement in your body, a sense of peace and relaxation. This is the most common. 4) A Relevation: "I realize ..." For example "I realize that I don't have to feel this way anymore." 5) A strong emotion causing tears which could be of grief, sadness or even bliss 6) No reaction except the thought/knowledge that it's time to move on. ________________________________ I was giving an introduction to TAT at an Angel Therapy Practitioner workshop given by Doreen Virtue who graciously allowed me to teach it on a free afternoon. There were about 80 clairvoyant men and women in the room. I asked for feedback between each of the steps and one man said: "I wasn't sure if I was done or not so 2 cherubs came up holding a banner in between them which read: "You're done, Larry." _______________________________ I saw a woman in her late 40's who had all the symptoms of low thyroid function. I gave her supplements to boost her thyroid and had her go for some thyroid lab tests. When I received the lab tests back her T3 was very high and her TSH was very, very low- typical of HIGH thyroid. I called her up and she told me she was feeling even worse with the supplements which, of course, made sense with the lab test results I had just received. I told her to stop the supplements and come back in. When she returned, she told me that she has felt badly since she was pregnant with her son 16 years previously and her husband had an affair. We did TAT on that trauma, after which she felt great. I repeated her lab tests and her T3 had come down 90 points smack into the middle of the normal range. Her TSH was still low which is physiologically what I would expect since the TSH doesn't change that quickly. This also confirmed to me that the first values were not a laboratory error. This is proof that TAT, while working on an emotional level, can affect the biochemistry of the body. Peace and blessings, Margaret *****(end of Margaret's stories) I worked with a couple of people during the workshops who had scars from major surgeries. Those scars usually block the flow of energy in your body in a big way. Just doing TAT for a couple of minutes with "The surgery happened", then "It happened, it's over, I'm OK and I can relax now" cleared up all the stuck energy. Even if you can't sense energy being stuck and then cleared up, I highly recommend you do this about any surgery you've had. And...don't forget to do TAT about releasing any attached beings who might have come home after a hospital visit. It happens sometimes. Nothing evil, just someone who is confused...who probably doesn't realize that they died in the hospital and need to move on. Someone wrote me a couple of months back about these sort of attached beings. They were wondering if this is common in people who've been badly abused as children. The answer is "Yes." The whole how-to on releasing an attached being is covered in the TAT Workshop 2000 video set. Did that story about "You're done Larry" crack you up? I laughed so hard at that! If you have a funny story with TAT that you wouldn't mind me sharing with the eNewsletter readers, please send it. I love to laugh. I hope you are well and very happy! Love, Tapas
