[UnstressForSuccess] Calgary workshop: DVD coming soon!; "Marched out at gunpoint"

WYSIWYG Newsletter Template

Dear Friends,

I have a copy of the DVD and accompanying booklet on Healing the Emotional Aspects of Cancer right here on my desk! I'm looking at it right now. My shipper will have them for you by the end of the week and ready to ship by Monday, most likely. I will let you know the day they're in hand and ready to ship. I think you will like this a lot. Because it's a DVD, you can select whatever chapter you want to play. There's one chapter that's a guided TAT healing session with the ocean on-screen and my voice guiding you. That's something that is meant to be used over and over to help you heal!

Although this is about healing the emotional aspects of cancer, it is really good for any emotional healing work. I'm excited to share it with you. It's really the simplest, most beautiful and easiest-to-access presentation of TAT ever.

I volunteered at a local federal prison recently. The people were going to be having a mock job fair and they were going to be having interviews. So I asked for a volunteer for a demo of clearing up a trauma that led to low self-esteem. I wanted people to understand that if they cleared up troubles that came from traumas resulting in low self-esteem, they would feel better presenting themselves at job interviews.

A young man volunteered. He said, "It's about a bad relationship with my father." "Was there a particular incident?" I asked. "Yes," he replied..."He marched me out of his house at gunpoint." I asked for the stress level of the incident on a 1-10 scale, with 10 being the worst. "An 8 or a 9."

We went through the seven steps in less than 10 minutes. When we finished, I asked him for a rating on the 1-10 scale. "I have no opinion on it," he told all of us. "So does that mean there's no stress you feel about it...so it's a '1'?" I asked. "Yes, that's right," he agreed.

Later, he told the group and me that he believed it worked...that it just didn't seem like it would because it was so easy.

I wish you every happiness.

Love,
Tapas
