Self-Health and Awareness Expo

October 29th & 30th
West Virginia University at Parkersburg (WVU-P)
Parkersburg, WV

Please join me at the Self-Health and Awareness Expo . I will be presenting the keynote (about 20 minutes) at 11 on Saturday, then doing a breakout session from 2:30-4:00 as well as participating in the panel discussion from 5-6. The expo is a way to:

... explore new paradigms in body, mind, and spirit. It’s an exploration of who we are, why we're here, and how we can make the most of it. It is also an awesome opportunity for our community to come together to learn and grow and to have a really good time.

You can hear great speakers, visit booths for hard-to-find items, enjoy art and music, and delve into the mystical.

Admission is $8 for the weekend. WVU-P Students can attend for $6 and young people 7 to 17 are only $5. The TAT breakout session is only $10.

Visit http://www.selfhealthandawarenesscenter.com/expo.htm for more information and to register.

When emotions are are the forefront of your consciousness, use TAT with Step One:

"Everything that led up to this happened."
Then do the rest of the Steps.

Do not put your attention on the emotion and follow it wherever it goes. That can easily lead you into deeper and deeper experience of a strong emotion. That is not the goal of TAT work. The goal is to settle into your true self where peace is your natural expression. Strong emotions continue as expressions of a fixed point of view. You don't want to be stuck in a point of view. TAT frees you from any stuck point of view. The beauty and charm of what happens with TAT is that you emerge from a fixed point of view, belief, or attitude.

My best wishes to you,

Tapas
