Dear Friends,
Following my sharing the TAT Dog Story in a recent newsletter, many people have asked how to do the TAT pose for dogs. You can view the TAT Dog Story in our archives by clicking here.
If the dog is happy to be touched, put one hand at the base of the skull and the other hand covering the eyes and forehead. You can also pet the base of the skull with one hand and the area between and slightly above the eyes with the other hand.
If the dog does not want to be touched, hold one palm open and facing the base of the dog's skull and the other palm open and facing the area between the eyes and slightly above the eyes. Hold your hands about 1-2 inches from the dog's head in this pose.
To learn about doing surrogate treatments for animals, including some great stories about using TAT with cats and horses, you can get the TAT Workshop 2000 on video. It is an entire two-day workshop on four videos -- yours for only $40! To order, click here.
Love, Tapas
