My dear Friends,
It is hard to believe that in just over a month I will be in Dublin, Ireland at the Second European TAT Conference. I am looking forward to it very much. On Saturday, March 18, Tam and Mair Llewellyn are going to teach an introductory class for everyone there who is new to TAT. While that is going on, experienced participants will attend advanced sessions by leading European TAT practitioners.
These sessions underscore something that I truly love about TAT. Not only does it stand solidly on its own, bringing healing and peace in a multitude of situations, but it can also be used in conjunction with so many other practices to deepen and enhance the work they do. The advanced sessions on Saturday explore using TAT with the Enneagram and with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). There are also sessions specifically addressing using TAT for sexual abuse issues, healing traumas (including how to recognize Dissociative Identity Disorder), and to clear Geopathic stress to create a healthy living environment. You can find more detailed information on these sessions at the event website (Advanced Session Information).
I'm really excited about the itinerary for Sunday. I'll be teaching an all day course entitled "Living a Full and Happy Life with TAT". Attendees will be the first to hear about the results of the NIH (National Institutes of Health) study proving that TAT helps people maintain weight loss. Attendees will learn to "bundle" a group of troubles together, not name anything specifically, and then heal the whole thing at once. It's a powerful tool to have. We'll also discuss how to use the three-pose TAT to help integrate every healing session and keys to healing physical illness with TAT. We'll have lots of question and answer time, and, of course, lots of practicums so that folks get a chance to both practice and experience these aspects of TAT.
On Monday, we're going to have a Certified Trainers Day at which I'll teach all the skills needed to become a TAT Trainer. To attend this, you must have taken at least one TAT workshop with a TAT Trainer or me and done 25 TAT healings on yourself and 25 on others. Concurrently on Monday, there will be a TAT Practitioners' Practice Day. This will be a wonderful chance to bring up problems or concerns you have encountered in your practice and work towards a solution with fellow practitioners. This session is open to all levels of experience, so feel free to join in.
Oh, there's so much to tell you about this that I could write pages on it. Instead, I'll refer you to the website for registering (Conference Information and Registration), tell you that the early bird discount has been extended to March 4 (after that it will be an additional €60) and that the special price on the hotel is guaranteed through February 15.
If you can, plan to arrive on the 17th as we're going to go as a group to the St. Patrick's Day Parade, Ireland's biggest festival. We also have a fabulous night out at a famous pub for an Irish dance show. This weekend is designed to be fun, educational, and awareness expanding. I am so looking forward to sharing it with you.
Love,
Tapas
