CLARIFICATION

It has come to my attention that some readers may have taken the wording of the Work in Progress just issued to say that I will no longer be addressing issues of personal growth and development. This is not the case. I continue to believe that personal development is the most important aspect of my mission, and will always address these issues in Work in Progress. I am simply acknowledging that there are people who seek to become more effective but who are not interested in personal growth. I expect to continue to serve readers of both persuasions in Work and Progress, and to focus on spirituality in Grounded in the Earth, Reaching for the Sky. It is in the contents of my web sites that there will be a greater split.

I hope that this will prevent further misunderstanding.
